Brewer Construction Services (Brewer) was engaged as the general contractor providing preconstruction services including value engineering options and laboratory design review and recommendations prior to construction kick off. The finished project features new interior finishes, building automation system, fire control system, completely redesigned HVAC system, large capacity electrical backup generator, administrative and office space, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and QA/QC laboratories including a fuel analysis lab, octane lab, and crude assay lab. Camin’s new facility improved their overall operations through consolidations and efficiencies allowing them to better serve their petroleum and petrochemical industry clients. The project was completed on time and within budget.
